Safe Balance: A Fall Prevention Center of Excellence 

The Safe Balance program is proudly founded on the quality measures of MIPS 155 and the CDC's STEADI Algorithm. The reason our foundation is based in these measures, is because they are proven protocols that truly prevent falls!

As a testament to the focus on fall prevention, clients who utilize the Safe Balance program are stepping up to the front lines to provide better more proactive care for their patients. As a recognition of this service, these organizations have been deemed a "Fall Prevention Center of Excellence" with their adherence to the quality of programming offered. The varying levels (Gold, Platinum, and Diamond) represent the number of patients served with this program over the lifetime of usage.
